Then summer of 2011 after watching several MMA fights I decided that if I was going exercise It should be doing something I enjoy. I didn't want to keep taking it so I stopped and maintained my weight of 270lb for another year. I took this for about 2 months and magically lost 30lbs. I choose to lose weight and the doctor put me on Phentermine. I had really high blood pressure (189/90) and was given the option to lose weight or take medication. This all started in about March/April of 2010 after a health screening at work. I still have a pretty big gut under my clothes Tried Aktin's when I was in high school, lost some weight but gained twice as much once I got off it so I lost faith in it.
